1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern the RRP Central website, application, document portal, and related services (the "Service") operated by Solvetix LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Solvetix," "we," or "us"). They apply when you accept them through an account-registration or ordering process that presents these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or order the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.
The Service is intended for business use by adults 18 or older. If you accept for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it; "Customer" or "you" then means that organization. Authorized users must follow these Terms. A recipient who only opens or acknowledges a contractor's document does not become a paid subscriber or assume the contractor's compliance duties merely by doing so.
A separately signed agreement or order controls over conflicting provisions here for its stated subject. These Terms do not replace agreements between a contractor and its workers, owners, occupants, or other customers.
2. Service scope and compliance responsibility
The Service helps firms organize renovation jobs, credentials, checklists, training records, notices, acknowledgments, evidence files, and audit history. It provides rule-based workflow guidance, date calculations, exports, portal links, and email features. Features depend on configuration and provider availability.
Solvetix is not a government agency, law firm, certification body, inspector, laboratory, or insurer. RRP Central is not EPA-approved software. Guidance, extracted values, applicability assessments, credential labels, and "complete" statuses do not establish legal compliance, document authenticity, valid certification, safe conditions, or admissibility in court. Verify suggested values, actual job facts, and current federal, state, Tribal, and local requirements before relying on an output.
You remain responsible for qualified personnel, certifications, work practices, accurate records, required recipients and delivery methods, signatures, deadlines, and retention. The federal RRP rule generally requires firms to retain relevant records for three years following renovation completion; longer state, Tribal, contractual, or other legal duties may apply. An app retention date is a planning aid, not permission to destroy a record. See 40 CFR 745.86.
3. Accounts and organization access
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to 68flux@gmail.com. Optional Google sign-in is subject to Google's account requirements. Your organization manages users, invitations, assignments, and access. Invite only authorized people and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. You are responsible for your authorized users' use, subject to responsibilities imposed by law.
Records are shared within the workspace according to available access controls. Protect shared devices, downloaded records, and links you distribute. Organization accounts are not private personal vaults.
4. Trial, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Free beta and trial. RRP Central is in a free beta. We do not offer subscriptions at checkout while it runs. We choose when the beta ends, and we will show the end date in the app before then. Your trial runs until the beta ends or for 14 days from workspace creation, whichever is later. Signup does not itself start charges or require a payment card. When billing enforcement is enabled, an expired trial without a qualifying subscription prevents new jobs; existing records remain accessible. Billing restrictions are disabled when payment processing is not configured. Trial expiration or subscription cancellation does not itself delete records.
Paid plan. The advertised self-service Unlimited plan is $49 USD per month. Custom arrangements require a separate quote or order. Selecting a plan at signup alone is not payment authorization. Complete checkout to subscribe. Review the recurring price, first payment date, applicable taxes, and discount at checkout or in your order before authorizing payment. Existing or separately negotiated subscriptions follow their accepted billing terms.
First charge and renewal. Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. For an organization that has never subscribed, checkout can defer the first charge until the original trial ends when at least 48 hours and 30 minutes of trial remain when checkout is created. Otherwise checkout may charge immediately. Review the date before subscribing. By affirmatively authorizing a recurring subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation. The account owner can open Stripe's billing portal from Billing in the app to manage or cancel a subscription. If it is unavailable or fails, contact 68flux@gmail.com. Signing out, clearing browser data, or stopping use does not cancel billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep full access until then. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it. To ask for a refund, email 68flux@gmail.com. Nonwaivable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Payment issues and changes. You are responsible for authorized fees and applicable taxes disclosed when ordering, excluding taxes on our income. The current app allows access while Stripe reports a subscription as past due; after the trial, other inactive subscription statuses may block new jobs. This does not guarantee a collection grace period. If a payment fails, Stripe retries the card and emails you. Your records stay open; if payment still fails, you cannot add new jobs until it is fixed. We will email the account owner at least 30 days before a price change. Changes apply prospectively and require any notice and consent mandated by applicable law.
5. Customer Data and confidentiality
As between you and Solvetix, you retain rights in content submitted by you or on your behalf ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, process, and transmit it to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, execute your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This includes sending records to your selected recipients and using providers described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not authorize sale of Customer Data, advertising use, or training general-purpose AI models on it.
You must have the rights, lawful basis, notices, and permissions needed to submit and disclose Customer Data, including employee and occupant information, photographs, signatures, and certificates. Submit only information reasonably needed for the job. Do not upload payment-card details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or unrelated medical or other sensitive records. Limit any legally necessary sensitive facts to the minimum needed.
We will treat nonpublic Customer Data as confidential and use or disclose it only for these purposes, to authorized personnel and providers who need access, as you direct, or as law permits or requires. Public information, information lawfully obtained independently, and independently developed information are excluded. Solvetix staff may access Customer Data only as needed to operate, support, or secure the Service, and we instruct all staff to keep it confidential. Our providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, and Google) process data under their own terms, which include confidentiality and security obligations. A separate data processing agreement may be necessary; request one before submitting data subject to those requirements.
6. Electronic records, portal signatures, and delivery
The portal can record a typed signer name, affirmative acknowledgment, statement, document version, and timestamp. Links generally expire 30 days after creation. Possession of a link provides access to the information that link exposes; the Service does not independently verify signer identity. Share links only with intended recipients and promptly report a misdirected link.
Sign only for yourself or with lawful authority, and only affirm a true statement. A pamphlet receipt acknowledges the presented statement; it is not an agreement to buy services, a waiver of claims against the contractor, or proof of safe or compliant work. Ask the contractor for a paper process or a copy if you cannot or do not wish to use the portal. The contractor must determine required electronic-consent disclosures, languages, signature methods, and record-access procedures. These Terms alone do not establish compliance with E-SIGN, Missouri electronic-transactions law, or RRP requirements.
The Service can send invitations, password resets, trial messages, document links, receipts, unsigned-pamphlet reminders, and due-date emails. If your organization enables automatic sending, the daily process may email qualifying completed-job packets to the owner and, when available, the tenant. Check addresses, settings, delivery results, attachments, and recipients. Sending an email or opening a link does not by itself prove legally sufficient service or receipt. Maintain alternative delivery methods for failures and deadlines. Account, security, and record emails are part of the Service. You can turn off automatic packet sending in Settings. Reply "stop" to a trial-reminder email to stop trial reminders.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not falsify or backdate records, impersonate a signer, misrepresent training or certification, or mislead agencies, recipients, or courts.
- Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, malware, or information you lack authority to process.
- Do not access another organization's data, defeat access controls or rate limits, misuse invitations or document links, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use email features for spam, harassment, or unauthorized marketing.
- Do not resell access or copy protected software or branding without permission, except as applicable law permits.
Report suspected misuse or vulnerabilities privately to 68flux@gmail.com. We may investigate and reasonably restrict access to protect users, data, and the Service.
8. Exports, offline storage, retention, and deletion
Available exports include record packets and structured data; contents depend on selected jobs, filters, saved records, and available originals. Download and inspect exports and keep independent copies adequate for your obligations. An integrity hash helps compare bytes; it does not establish truthfulness or authentic signatures.
Some work and files remain in your browser while offline or awaiting upload. A local save is not confirmation of server storage. Browser clearing, device loss, switching accounts, or confirming sign-out despite an unsent-file warning may destroy the only copy. Check synchronization and upload results first. Local encryption where supported does not protect a signed-in browser from someone controlling the device.
The app calculates retention dates and stores a retention preference and legal-hold flag. It does not currently implement a general automatic purge or self-service account erasure. Database triggers block ordinary audit-table updates and deletes; correction or erasure may need a documented administrative process, subject to lawful preservation. Removing an unused job or a record from view does not assure erasure of every associated copy.
We keep Customer Data while your account exists, including after a paid plan ends, so you can meet the federal three-year RRP record retention duty. After you ask us in writing to close your account, you have 30 days to export your records, using the app's export tools or by asking us for a full export. After that window, we delete your Customer Data from our live systems within 30 days. Audit history is deleted at the same time unless a legal hold is in place or the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups expire within 90 days after deletion. Do not rely on cancellation as a deletion instruction or on the Service as perpetual archival storage. Contact us for export assistance, closure, or deletion, subject to applicable rights and retention duties.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop use and request closure by contacting us; cancel subscriptions separately under Section 4. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, security threats, unpaid amounts, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason, give notice, and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. Suspension does not transfer ownership of Customer Data.
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features. If we plan to shut down the Service or remove a major feature, we will email the account owner at least 60 days in advance, and you may export your records during that time. If we shut down the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any fees you have already paid. No uptime, support-response, recovery, or backup commitment exists unless separately agreed in writing. Nonwaivable statutory remedies remain available.
10. Intellectual property and other providers
We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, software, design, and branding. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you have a limited right to use the Service for your organization's business. You may retain and use your exported Customer Data. Government materials and third-party components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. We may use voluntarily provided feedback without payment; do not include confidential third-party information.
Cloudflare infrastructure, Resend email, Stripe billing, optional Google sign-in, and linked agency resources have their own terms and availability. We do not control independent third-party services. This does not waive our own obligations or responsibilities for providers where applicable law makes us responsible.
11. Warranty disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ACCURACY OF GUIDANCE, OR A PARTICULAR COMPLIANCE, SAFETY, INSPECTION, OR LITIGATION OUTCOME. NO DISCLAIMER EXCLUDES A NONWAIVABLE WARRANTY OR RIGHT.
12. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. SOLVETIX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These exclusions and any agreed cap do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability to the extent a limitation is prohibited by law. They do not excuse payment obligations.
13. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, Customer will defend and indemnify Solvetix against a third-party claim that Customer Data infringes that party's rights or that Customer's unlawful work or material misuse caused that party harm. This excludes claims to the extent caused by Solvetix's breach, negligence, or misconduct. We must promptly notify Customer, allow Customer to control the defense with qualified counsel, and reasonably cooperate at Customer's expense. A settlement that admits fault by, imposes nonmonetary obligations on, or fails to release Solvetix requires our written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
14. Missouri law and disputes
Missouri law governs, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to nonwaivable law. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the parties submit to the state courts in St. Louis County, Missouri, or the federal court with jurisdiction over that location. These Terms impose neither arbitration nor a class-action waiver. Contact 68flux@gmail.com to seek informal resolution without forfeiting rights or deadlines.
15. Updates, notices, and general provisions
Material changes will be presented with notice and an effective date through an email to the account owner and a notice on our website, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. We will obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued claims. If you do not accept, stop use and cancel renewal before changes apply, subject to existing agreements and applicable rights.
These Terms and applicable signed orders or addenda form the agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Assignment requires the other party's consent, except in a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets where the successor assumes the obligations. Neither party is responsible for delays reasonably beyond its control, without excusing accrued payments, data-protection duties, or nonwaivable obligations. Ownership, confidentiality, accrued payment, liability, and dispute provisions survive as their nature requires. No partnership, agency, employment relationship, or third-party beneficiary is created.
