Free during the beta
Unlimited everything
Unlimited jobs, people, locations, records, and exports. Every feature included for one flat monthly price.
Free beta · Built for renovation firms
Know what’s missing before the job is over.
Keep forms, customer acknowledgments, crew credentials, and evidence with the job. See the next unfinished record, then download a PDF or ZIP when you need it.
Free during the beta · No card required · Four short setup steps

We are piloting RRP Central for free and want your feedback. You get at least 14 free days, even if the beta ends sooner. After the beta, unlimited everything is $49/month if you stay. No automatic subscription. Your records stay accessible either way.
Try the checklist
Try two choices below. RRP Central adds the relevant records and swaps the ones that change, so you can see what needs attention.
Example: a 1950 Illinois home, with covered interior work under the federal RRP program.
A hands-on example, not an assessment of your job. The full app also considers scope, jurisdiction, crew, and special circumstances. Nothing here is saved.
Watch a separate tenant pamphlet record appear below.
These are records to complete—not proof that work is done.
Less checklist-building. More getting the job recorded.
Start with your real job and keep its forms, evidence, and next steps together.
Free during the beta, then one price
Use it free while the beta runs, for at least 14 days. No card required, no automatic subscription. After the beta, choose a monthly plan if you want to stay; it renews until you cancel.

For edge cases and unique requirements
Have an edge case or a unique requirement? Get in touch and we’ll work through it with you.
Not sure yet? Start a free trial without choosing a plan. A preference does not start a subscription.
We will tell you before it ends, and you get at least 14 days from sign-up. After that, choose a paid plan in Billing to keep adding jobs. Your trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically. A paid plan you choose renews monthly until you cancel.
Yes. Existing records stay accessible after the trial. Download PDF job records or ZIP bundles with available evidence.
Ask us about your workflow, state-program needs, or multiple locations. If online checkout is unavailable, we can arrange an invoice.
The office view
One place to check the work in motion, the missing forms, and the records still to hand over.
Sample jobs and counts, not customer data.
Each open job points to its next unfinished record. Spend less time finding the right screen and more time completing the detail.
See jobs with records still to give to the owner. Job dates and certificate expiration dates help you plan the follow-up.
Recent activity brings together changes across jobs, with who recorded them and when. Pick up the work without asking everyone for an update.
The workspace
From “where did we put that?” to knowing what’s on file—and what still needs doing.
Start with the property and scope of work. Job forms brings the relevant records together and points you to what still needs to be filled in.
Try it on my next jobKeep unfinished forms in view, right alongside the records you have.
Illustrative workflow previews. Required forms and records vary by job.
Try it on a real job
Use the free beta to organize one job from the details you already have. No card required to start.
Start my free trialNo automatic subscription. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.A useful way to evaluate the workspace:
Enter the property and scope, or prefill available details from a text-based estimate PDF.
Assign the crew, add credentials, and save a form or supporting document.
Check the next missing form and download a packet to see what is recorded and what is still open.
How it works
Keep the record moving as the work moves.
Add the property, scope, and jurisdiction. Bring the details that shape your job’s forms into one place.
Document delivery, training, work practices, and cleaning verification. Attach the evidence to the job it belongs to.
Review recorded and missing forms. Download a PDF or ZIP for your files and the handoff.
Job records
Follow a job from preparation to handoff. Choose a stage to see the details you can record.
Build the job record before the crew arrives. The property, work, and jurisdiction determine which forms need attention.
Capture the address, year built, customer, work description, dates, and jurisdiction. Review the applicability result and adjust the job details.
Keep firm certification on file and assign the Certified Renovator and workers to the job.
Record the recipient, delivery method, and date. Create a customer acknowledgment link, or document delivery another way.
Keep tenant delivery separate from the owner’s record. Add occupant, parent, or jurisdiction-specific notice records when the job calls for them.
Why it helps: the office can see what needs attention before the start date, instead of rebuilding the record after the work.
Your job’s details determine the forms shown. Special circumstances can add or change records.
Customer pamphlets
Your customer needs a clear way to receive the pamphlet. You need a record of what happened. Pamphlet status connects those two sides of the job.
Choose the job and recipient. Share the secure link, or email it when email delivery is available.
The customer opens the pamphlet page and records their acknowledgment. Rentals can have a separate link for the adult occupant.
See whether the link was sent, opened, or signed. A link being sent does not count as the customer signing it.
Maple Street renovation
Each recipient’s status stays connected to the job.
Already delivered it another way?
Record the delivery method and date in Job forms.
For your team
Keep the person, the credential, and the work connected—without passing a binder around.
Add people individually or import a crew from CSV. Review flagged rows before importing, connect certificates to their holders, and invite people into your firm’s workspace.
Open the responsive workspace on a phone, tablet, or desktop. Add photos and documents to the job and fill in the relevant form while you have the information.
Previously loaded work can keep supported changes on the device and retry when you reconnect. Signing in, sending links, and email delivery need a connection.
Audit packets
Bring the recorded details and supporting files into a packet you can download. See the gaps before you hand it over.

The useful details that matter when you’re managing more than one project.
Prefill available job details from a text-based estimate or contract PDF. Review the results before saving; scanned pages need manual entry.
Less retypingReuse a job as a starting point, including its crew assignments, then review the property, dates, and details for the new work.
A faster starting pointSearch your jobs and filter by workflow status. See in-progress, complete, and closed work, and export the job list as CSV.
Less searchingSelect jobs to assign a renovator, close eligible work, or download multiple record packets from the job list.
Fewer repetitive actionsRecord who received the records, when, and how. Keep the final invoice date and the calculated handoff and retention dates with the job.
Fewer loose endsRecorded changes add to the job’s event history. Packet exports include structured records and file verification information alongside available evidence.

Connect your job to jurisdiction guidance and the agency source. Review the current requirements for the work you do.
Why the record matters
The scale of lead paint in existing homes—and the records that need to outlast the work.
HUD cites more than 34 million homes with lead paint somewhere in the building, based on its American Healthy Homes Survey II.
HUD · September 2024The RRP rule is enforced under TSCA. Failing to keep the required records is itself a violation. EPA sets actual penalties case by case.
eCFR · 40 CFR 19.4 and 745.87The federal RRP rule requires firms to retain required records for three years after completion. Check your jurisdiction and any additional requirements.
EPA · Lead Program FAQ, January 2026Your records can be digital. EPA permits electronic recordkeeping. RRP Central brings forms, evidence, and downloadable packets together.
Housing estimates describe the wider market, not RRP Central customers. Penalty figure is the TSCA maximum from EPA’s latest inflation adjustment (January 2025), still current in 40 CFR 19.4. Sources checked October 27, 2026.

No. The record set uses the property, scope, applicability, jurisdiction, and special circumstances. Rental occupants, emergencies, clearance, and certain state records can change what is needed. Review the guidance for your actual work.
Supported record changes can be queued locally and retried when you reconnect, after the workspace has been loaded. Sign-in, customer-link creation, and email delivery need a connection. Check the sync status before assuming a record has reached the server.
RRP Central is built for renovation firms, painting contractors, window and door installers, and the people keeping their job records organized.
The forms depend on the job. They can include pamphlet delivery, renovator assignment, testing, worker training, work practices, cleaning verification, signatures, and supporting evidence.
