Free RRP recordkeeping checklist

Use this checklist to record one renovation. It follows EPA's Sample Renovation Recordkeeping Checklist and adds fields from 40 CFR 745.86. You can type in the fields and print the page. This page does not send or save what you type.

How to use it

Part 1 is the job record that the assigned certified renovator prepares and certifies. Give a copy to the building owner and, if different, the adult occupant or facility representative when the final invoice is delivered or within 30 days of completion, whichever is earlier. Part 2 is an office check for your retained file and does not need to go to the customer. Keep the record for at least 3 years after completion, or longer if another rule requires it.

Check a box only when it happened. If an item does not apply, write that down rather than leaving a blank that nobody can explain.
